The Jameel Square development consists of a 13 storey commercial building with two basements, ground floor, mezzanine and 11 typical floors.Its dimensions of approximately 85mx 63m offers over 8,000m² of retail space and 28,260m² of prime office space with two levels of underground parking. The slabs are generally of flat slab construction spanning between circular columns with 2mx 2m capitals (or drops).
